The BSO is our ultimate weapon, a high-tech fortress that tracks the energy stats of all buildings in the Union to help us achieve our climate goals.

Ready to forge your own Data Crystal? Now that you know the quest, use our high-score tool to calculate the SRI and prepare your data for the Observatory!
LEVEL 1: GATHER THE ARTIFACTS
Your first task is to explore your kingdom (your Member State) and collect the three Power Artifacts from every building.
Energy Performance Certificate
A scroll revealing the building's energy class, from G to A+.
Renovation Passport
A roadmap showing the building's potential to level up its efficiency.
Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI)
A high-tech scanner that rates the building's intelligence and grid-friendliness.
LEVEL 2: FORGE THE CRYSTAL
With the artifacts gathered, you must now forge the Annual Data Crystal! Use the ancient 'Template Scrolls' (Annex I & II of the Regulation) to correctly combine (aggregate) the data. Every stat must be in its place!
FINAL STAGE: DELIVER TO THE FORTRESS
The Crystal is ready! Now, you must transfer it to the Observatory Fortress through the secure Commission Platform. Your timing is crucial: the transfer window opens once a year!
